Friday 14th July 2017

1. For the purposes and in the scope and manner specified below, it will be presumed that participants agree that TOYOTA, teamLab and Life is Tech ! (“organizers”) have the rights of free use of participant portraits and photographs or videos including personal information and other private matters (referred to below as ""photographs, etc."") taken by parties designated by organizers during the event.

A) To publish for organizers’ advertisements on websites, blogs, SNS, and other media managed by organizers without limitation of time.

B) To carry out interviews with participants at this event for organizers’ data collection purposes, and to publish those interviews on television, in newspapers, in magazines, on the radio, on websites, and in other media. (Excludes participants who notify organizers before or during this event of their refusal to be interviewed.)

2. If a participant's real name is to be included in the publication or broadcast of photographs, etc. according to the above, organizers will ask for the consent of the participant and the participant's guardian.

3. If a participant or that participant's guardian asks organizers to remove photographs, etc. published on websites managed by organizers that include portraits or personal information of that participant, organizers will promptly respond.
